clove garlic, minced

tsp (1 ml) dried basil
A pinch dried chili flakes

cup (125 ml) Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4
cup (50 ml) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

cup (250 ml) fresh baby spinach leaves, long stems removed

raw medium shrimp, shelled and deveined

cup (50 ml) chopped sundried tomatoes in oil

D'Italiano® ThintiniTM, Original or 100% Whole Wheat

DIRECTIONS

Combine oil, garlic, basil and chili flakes. Place ThintiniTM on baking pan. Brush each with oil mixture. Combine mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Top each Thintini with little of cheese mixture. Top evenly with spinach, shrimp and sundried tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Grill covered over medium indirect heat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked.
