DIRECTIONS
Combine oil, garlic, basil and chili flakes. Place Thintini
TM on baking pan. Brush each with oil mixture. Combine mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Top each Thintini with little of cheese mixture. Top evenly with spinach, shrimp and sundried tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Grill covered over medium indirect heat for about 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked.
